Travel To Padel is a company specialised in Padel Tennis.

We provide tailor-made Padel Tennis courses and with third parties collaboration additional services such as accommodation and transport.

The padel courses offered by Travel To Padel are made for everyone.

Children and Adults.

Small and large groups.

Families, friends, sports clubs, associations and companies.

Our padel courses are tailor-made with the aim that the client(s), learn and improve their padel techniques, socialise with this trendy sport, improve their health and build a friendly atmosphere in which everyone enjoys individually and collectively.

Services

The Padel Courses displayed on the Travel To Padel website are services provided by Travel To Padel.

The accommodations and transport are services provided by third parties in collaboration with Travel To Padel.

Travel To Padel acts solely and exclusively as an intermediary for the accommodation and transport of these providers in order to offer an additional service to the padel courses.

During the development of the activities it may happen that the weather conditions are not the most suitable for the development of courses, tournaments or padel matches on outdoor courts.

This may result in having to change the outdoor courts to indoor courts in order to be able to continue with the activities.

Travel To Padel’s courses and other activities are carried out by our Assistants who are exclusively in charge of ensuring the correct development of the courses and activities and to guarantee that the standard of quality and good service that we offer to our clients is correctly maintained.

Our professional certified coaches will assit our clients during the practices.

The Travel To Padel assistants assigned to the client(s) will be in constant contact with client(s), the hotel, transport and other service providers offered during their stay to ensure the correct development of the activities and services offered.

The clients will have the contact telephone number of their asigned assistant for any queries, doubts or requests.

Requirements

The client must be in good physical condition to be able to practice and play padel tennis.

The client must avoid practising and playing if he/she has physical impairments that could lead to discomfort or worsening of his/her physical impairments.

If the client decides to practice or play padel tennis knowing that the physical impediments may cause discomfort or worsen their physical conditions, they will carry out the activities under their own responsibility, they will inform Travel To Padel about these physical impediments and Travel To Padel will be exempt from any legal liability.

If the client has reduced mobility, it is necessary to inform Trave To Padel about it so that Travel To Padel can adapt the padel practice to their needs.

Sport equipments and Accessories

The client(s) must bring their own padel clothing, racket and sport shoes, if possible specific padel shoes.

In the event that the client(s) does not bring their own equipment, clothing and rackets, Travel To Padel offers the following options to be requested by the client(s) in advance in their booking request:

On a rental basis:

Padel rackets

For sale:

Padel rackets
T-shirts
Shorts
Shoes.

Facilities

The padel courts are up to date with maintenance and repairs.

They have rest areas, toilets and showers for customers.

Photos and Videos:

The photos and videos taken during the courses is a Value Added Service completely free of charge. This means that it is not included in the price.

The price paid corresponds exclusively to the courses, accommodation or transport.

The main task of the Travel To Padel staff during the courses is to guarantee that the features contracted by the client(s) are being fulfilled with quality and safety.

The staff of Travel To Padel during the stay of the client(s) will take photos and videos with the cameras that Travel To Padel has, as long as the main duties of the staff are not affected.

The quantity or quality of the photos and videos may vary according to the circumstances during the courses and does not entitle the client(s) to any claim or compensation.

Changes, Cancellations, Delays and No-shows

Changes

Once the package has been accepted and fully paid for, the client has the option to make any changes of the package before the check-in date by requesting them, minimum 30 days in advance.

Change(s) requested after the 30 day notice period may result in price changes depending on the availability of the services added or removed from the initial package and date.

If the change(s) requested by the client would incur in the final cancellation of the contract due to lack of availability or services outside the 30 days notice period, Travel To Padel will be entitled to be compensated with 50% of the value of the full payment made on the booking due to management and cancellation costs.

Cancelations

Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance: 100% refundable.

Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in: 50% refundable.

Delays

If the customer(s) is late on arrival, this may result in a surcharge on the service due to the fact that the transport is scheduled and must meet the timetables set according to the customer’s arrival time.

To avoid surcharges, it is required that the customer gives advance notice of the delay to Travel To Padel.

This will allow Travel To Padel to reschedule the transport with enough time and avoid unnecessary additional costs for the customer.

No Shows

If the client does not show up, the payment made will not be refunded.

Complaints and Claims

The customer has the right to submit their complaints or claims in writing via email to the address address info@traveltopadel.com which will be forwarded to the responsible department for examination and resolution.

Contact forms

Cookies

If you contact us through our online contact form you can choose to save your name, email address and telephone number in cookies. This is for your convenience, so that you don’t have to fill in your details again if you use the form again. The same applies when you make an online booking from our website. These cookies will last for one year.

Newsletter

The Travel To Padel customers or subscribers accepts and wishes to be kept informed of Travel To Padel news, promotions and events.

You can exercise your rights to rectify or cancel your data in accordance with current legislation or report any abuse or receipt of this email from other sources.

Travel To Padel never collects credit or debit cards corresponding to the reservation and payment of the services we provide through our website.
